GPS Parts Advisor |

Due to increasing levels of business, we now have a vacancy for a GPS advisor in our successful Sheffield parts team. This role will involve providing customers with high quality service and advice for GPS internet and mobile communication purchases. It will also involve the administration of computerised sales and stock systems, and handling customer enquiries over the telephone and in person.
You will be a friendly, outgoing person with a dedication to customer service. You’ll enjoy working in a team and target focused environment, while also being equally comfortable with meeting new people or handling telephone calls. You will be able to work as part of a team while also having the ability to self motivate. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to organise and prioritise your time effectively.
You will have excellent computer based skills and experience of selling via multiple channels. A good understanding of satellite navigation and mobile electronics would be a distinct advantage.
Normal Hours - Full time Monday to Friday, Saturdays by team rota
Salary - Competitive Hourly rate commission |

We now have a vacancy for a sales executive in our successful Sheffield retail team. This role involves helping customers to purchase the right car for their needs, and then to make sure they’re completely satisfied with it. It will also involve the sale of value added items such as insurance products and accessories. The role will involve working to meet sales and customer service standards both in person and on the telephone. In order to meet both Pentagon and Toyota standards, the role includes the regular use of a computer, and the need for extensive knowledge of the Toyota range. The role also requires qualification under the Company’s insurance training scheme.
You will be a friendly, outgoing person with a dedication to customer service. You’ll enjoy working in sales target focused environment, while also being equally comfortable with meeting new people or handling telephone calls. You will be able to work as part of a team while also having the ability to self motivate. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to organise and prioritise your time effectively. Due to the need for high standards, you will have good administrative skills and your paperwork will be of the highest quality. Ideally, you will have experience with the Toyota brand and/or in a sales led environment. You will have good communication and computer skills. Full training will be given for the successful applicant. You will have a clean driving licence valid in the UK.
Normal Hours - 5.5 days per week including weekends. 8.45am – 6.30pm Monday to Saturday, 11.00am – 5.00pm Sunday
