We now have a vacancy for a sales executive in our successful Barnsley retail team. This role involves helping customers to purchase the right car for their needs, and then to make sure they’re completely satisfied with it. It will also involve the sale of value added items such as insurance products and accessories. The role will involve working to meet sales and customer service standards both in person and on the telephone. The role also includes the regular use of a computer, and the need for extensive knowledge of the Toyota range. Perhaps of most importance is the ability to develop and maintain a long term customer bank, providing high quality service and satisfaction.
You’ll be a friendly, outgoing person with a dedication to customer service. You will have a strong understanding of a PCP led sales process and have less than a 30 minute commute to Barnsley. You’ll enjoy working in sales target focused environment, while also being equally comfortable with meeting new people or handling telephone calls. You’ll be able to work as part of a team while also having the ability to self motivate. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to organise and prioritise your time effectively. You will also have good administrative skills and, ideally, experience with the Toyota brand and/or in another sales led environment. This is a position for an experienced sales executive – a minimum 12 months in a good quality car sales environment is essential. Full training will be given for the successful applicant. You will have a clean driving licence valid in the UK.
Normal Hours - Ave 5.5 days per week including weekends.

It will also involve the sale of value added items such as service plans and extended warranties. The role will involve working to meet sales and customer service standards both in person and on the telephone.
You will be a friendly, outgoing person with a dedication to complete customer satisfaction. You’ll enjoy working in a team and target focused environment, while also being equally comfortable with meeting new people or handling telephone calls. You will be able to work as part of a team while also having the ability to self motivate. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to organise and prioritise your time effectively. Most importantly, you will have the desire to succeed both individually and as part of a winning tem.
Ideally, you will have experience with the Toyota brand or similar, and/or in a service or sales led environment. You will have good communication and computer skills. Full training will be given for the successful applicant.
Normal hours - Monday to Friday 8.00 – 5.30, Saturday am cover by team rota
